As the Talent Manager, I get the pleasure of bringing talented new Mortgage Loan Consultants on board to SunTrust Mortgage! From their first day to skill proficiency, my team lays the groundwork to get new Mortgage Loan Consultants off on the right foot as they join the SunTrust team. Our scope includes new college students hired into our Mortgage Loan Associate program, professionals looking for a career change but have never originated a mortgage loan hired into our Apprentice program, and Mortgage Originators who have been in the industry building their business elsewhere and decide to call SunTrust home.
