As the Talent Manager, I get the pleasure of bringing talented new Mortgage Loan Consultants on board to SunTrust Mortgage! From their first day to skill proficiency, my team lays the groundwork to get new Mortgage Loan Consultants off on the right foot as they join the SunTrust team. Our scope includes new college students hired into our Mortgage Loan.

Consult with the Mortgage line of business on learning strategies linked to key business objectives including training linked to the implementation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) mortgage rules and new hire training curriculum for servicing and default teams. Designed, developed and implemented on-boarding training for Mortgage.

Conducted analysis of training needs for Desposit Operations group within Capital One Bank to support associates through changing systems and processes.Used various instructional design models to develop and deliver targeted learning contentDesigned, developed structured on the job training for Bank Operations as part of a new teller and back office system.

Contracted to build a new hire curriculum for the Default Administration division at SunTrust.
