Lisa holds a BSc. in Nutritional Science from McGill University. She has experience in a variety of clinical settings, both in the private and public health sectors that give her in-depth knowledge in the areas of cardiovascular disease, geriatrics, diabetes, eating disorders and weight concern. Her unique approach to demystifying information about nutrition and sharing knowledge through counselling, workshops, blogs, and live radio gives Lisa an edge in her field. Lisa focuses on personalized advice and encourages clients to explore motivation, body acceptance and self care to make changing habits a positive experience.
