About Lisa Sampson

A chartered marketer with 20 years marketing experience in a variety of roles and industries.Currently I am working across our core consumer brands on strategic communications planning; translating insight and brand strategy into communications priorities and plans. I am also involved in numerous activities across the Group championing Inclusion and Diversity; leading initiatives promoting inclusive advertising, departmental DE&I programmes and chairing the Group's regional women's network. Previously I have worked in a number of B2B roles at Lloyds, where I specialised in leading comms teams, content and digital marketing, before moving to a broader role supporting the Director of Marketing Communications.
