Order entry, often involving meeting with prepress and production for proper layout, manufacture and quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare purchase orders, solicit estimates, and review requisitions for paper and packaging materials as well as outside bindery. Resolve customer issues to both their and the company's satisfaction by communicating concerns from the customer to our production team, evaluating the problem and determining the best response whether to reprint, discount or merely record the issue for any upcoming order.
