Liminal Spaces Lab is a transdisciplinary consultancy dedicated to liberatory living and equitable practice. I partner with social justice organizations and liberation-oriented groups to help deepen their impact and connectedness through strategic visioning, (e)valuation, and narrative development.

LEEAD is an evaluation training program designed to develop a pipeline of diverse leaders in culturally responsive and equitable evaluation (CREE) who will advance the field of evaluation.

Assisted in evaluating a SMASH pilot seminar designed to build a strong, diverse and socially-conscious tech ecosystem by leveling the playing field through academic learning andexperiential engagement for high school and college students.• Collected, cleaned and maintained Qualtrics SMASH program database of student demographic and longitudinal outcome data • Presented recommendations to further advance racial and gender equity, including revised survey design and questioning, and programming alignment based on pre-and post student feedback data

• Developed and led strategy and implementation of local census outreach campaign focused on increasing the count in hard-to-reach communities in Harris county • Hosted census and redistricting trainings for colleagues, local partners and college students • Partnered with local nonprofits and coalitions on city-wide initiatives designed to educate residents • Worked directly with elected officials and coalitions to remove barriers to voting and civic engagement, and to advance advocacy around legal justice, environmental justice, immigration, LGTBQ+ equality, and reproductive rights • Managed field team of 21 during 2020 election voter engagement efforts geared towards young people of color under 30; reached 1 million potential voters and 60,000+ registered voters • Led region’s 2021 Texas Legislative session trainings and events (digital and in-person) designed to educate and mobilize young people primarily around anti-voter legislation

• Coded and analyzed interviews from community members, researchers, consultants and funders to identify pain points, internal and external challenges to project longevity • Designed data visualization components (e.g. process maps, charts, etc.) illustrating linkages/gaps between project milestones • Drafted quarterly report highlighting major project successes, internal and external challenges to project sustainability, and opportunities to build and maintain long-term sustainability efforts • Developed a step-by-step strategic communications workbook designed to guide the partner's core team in identifying target key audiences and crafting appropriate messaging and framing across stakeholder groups • Co-designed a journey map for a major public health institute illustrating crucial and major moments across working groups and stakeholder engagement areas• Developed internal communications and content publishing processes • Co-facilitated a participatory roundtable discussion designed for local human service organizations around resiliency and resourcing for community change

‣ Co-developed a local, grassroots youth voter outreach campaign to destigmatize sex work‣ Canvassed over 500 doors across the Houston area with a 78% engagement success rate‣ Gathered over 700 pledges from young Houstonians (18-35) in support of sex workers‣ Conducted over 20,000 calls and 4,000 texts to engage with young, first-time voters‣ Coordinated two (2) community meet-ups with over 100 supporters in attendance

• Assisted with outreach and mobilization efforts to increase civic and voter engagement among immigrant youth and allies of color in neighborhoods with low turnout • Supported state communications team in developing engaging messaging for media partnerships, community outreach, and state-wide fundraising efforts reaching over 30,000 subscribers • Collaborated with national communications teams to develop strategic messaging for campaigns, including rewriting canvassing scripts and talking points used during lobby days • Analyzed statistics from VAN database to aid in creative development of local marketing campaigns • Conducted rigorous issue research and monitored news coverage of policies affecting undocumented and DACA-mented immigrants of color

PRH’s Young Mothers’ Residential Program is a two-year program committed to providing holistic assistance to young mothers of color in order to advance their socioeconomic conditions. ‣ Collaborated with program staff to develop data collection protocols around data sharing and safety concerns ‣ Led a formative evaluation using a mixed-methods approach to determine the extent in which programming aligned with the expressed needs of program participants ‣ Synthesized and summarized key insights from over 20 in-depth interviews with various collaborators, pre- and post-activity survey data, and organizational documents ‣ Presented findings from the final internal report to the Program Manager and Director of Strategic Partnerships; shared final report with last-year program participants and recent alumna‣ Created a supplementary digital strategic plan designed to target the desired population within the community and to increase overall program visibility in search results
