ATP began after I had personally been through a life-threatening medical crisis where my immune system decided to attack my liver. I thank God for allowing me to keep my same liver and not go through a life altering transplant. However, the bills were outrageous. That's when I knew that my life was spared to help others with medical needs not covered by insurance. As the Founder and Executive Director of All Things Possible, I now do fundraising, event planning, donor relations, public speaking, marketing and media relations, writing, volunteer recruitment and networking. I continue to meet wonderful families in medical crisis who need help and hope. I truly believe we are put on this earth to help each other get through this life with as few bumps and bruises as possible. All Things Possible Ministries was our name before making a change in 2018 to All Things Possible Medical Fundraising. The new name more clearly defines what we do for families in medical crisis.All Things Possible gives the community the opportunity to break down barriers for unity and really step up to help your neighbors. Families in life-threatening medical situations need to focus on rest and healing, not worrying about whether to pay the doctor bill or the electric bill. We all have a purpose for our lives. Finding that purpose is the challenge. Looking back, everything that has happened in my life was leading me to this place and this time. I am always delighted for the opportunity to speak to groups about All Things Possible.

Volunteer coordinator for the Projecting Hope Film Festival which was held annually at the Ayrsley Grand Cinema in Charlotte. The 3-day, 30+ film event brought out over 6,500 attendees plus film makers, actors and directors. Over 50 volunteers were needed to make the 3-day event successful.

Originally contracted to set up and manage the annual Exalt! Christian vocal talent showcase in 2011.Exalt Talent Showcase responsibilities included locating and negotiating for a venue to seat 500+ for the finale; securing audition sites; developing all marketing materials; soliciting for sponsorships for printing, refreshments, media time, photography, videography, and prizes for the winners. Two rounds of auditions held annually with musically accomplished judges who are recognized in the Christian music arena. Wrote all content for the All Things Possible Ministries web site; press releases to local media; securing 50+ volunteers, and marketing the event to potential contestants as well as patrons, using the media as much as possible.Medical Fundraisers - Organized multiple medical fundraisers for people with catastrophic and unexpected medical situations and little to no medical insurance. For Medical Fundraisers - Set up and maintained web pages for each recipient to include their photo, story of their medical situation and donation option. Emails awere sent every few weeks to their friends and family soliciting donations on their behalf. Celebration parties follow each medical fundraiser where recipients can meet their donors, and update their medical situation. 100% of funds donated went directly to paying their medical bills.

Contract position (6 months)* Evaluated needs of several groups in order to determine space and office equipment requirements for newly realigned functional groups (nearly 100 employees) in area of Wealth Management.* Recommended (approved) reconfigurations for highest and best use of available space.* Analyzed usage, selected, ordered, prepared (electrical circuits, LAN & fax lines) and coordinated installation of multifunction print devices on 2 floors.

* Prepared and implemented space plans moves and changes in offices and cubicles, negotiating cost effective procurement of furniture and office decor for 200,000 sq ft headquarters facility. * Researched, purchased, trained staff and maintained first work order software system, enabling accurate tracking and reporting of time and resources.* Performed regular facility inspections, creating over 400 work orders per month for improvements and repairs. * Trained 50+ high risk employees on safety awareness, resulting in reduction of workplace accidents by 28% in one year. * Developed new evacuation plan for all 450 employees. * Designed new Executive VP area, sourcing and purchasing furniture, wall covering, floral arrangements and artwork, completing a 3-4 month project within a challenging 30 day deadline.

* Advanced from Purchasing/Vendor Relations Coordintor for 300 employees and 90,000 sq ft of office space to Corporate Services Manager within 4 years with 8 direct reports and company growth to 800 employees and 180,000 sq ft of space locally. Was strong #2 in Corporate Services (facilities) department of 18, reporting to Corporate Services Director.* Managed vendor contracts including bids, contract review and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with all suppliers.* Initiated cost savings programs resulting in reduction of annual costs by over $500,000. yr.* Activated first branch operations office in Phoenix, AZ in 2003 to include design, purchasing, contracting with vendors and suppliers and physical opening of office on schedule.* Assisted with design, construction supervision, vendor selection, and fully outfitting two 60,000 sq ft buildings in Charlotte in 2003 and 2004.

* Managed Charlotte office suite for software development firm, reporting to west coast Director. This included management of assets, purchase orders, shipping and receiving, meeting and event planning, vendor contracts and relationships, supplies, security access system, video teleconferencing, emergency procedures, management of front desk staff, office equipment and reservations as well as upkeep of corporate apartment.* Orchestrated downsize of this facility from 35,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft to include selling and shipping of furniture and equipment. Reconfigured remaining space including building new employee kitchen and reception area.

* Motivated sales agents through training and contests to ask clients for referrals. Processed and followed-up with those outgoing referrals throughtout the country toward successful closings. * Was a featured speaker at National real estate conferences. * Won numerous National awards every year for production.
