After years spent in recruitment I was lucky enough to turn a much loved hobby into a career. Retrained in the food and hospitality industry and now find myself working as General Manager across our two sites in Didsbury South Manchester and our newly opened Deansgate Square City Centre site. My role is to make sure everyone is happy all of the time. From staff to suppliers and clients to customers I make sure everything runs smoothly and is organised and ready to go. Working across lots of stakeholders I ensure every individual and every event is ran like clock work. We have a range of amazing events that we run here and I’m proud to be part of the team making them a success. I am responsible for budgeting, recruitment, staff welfare as well as resourcing and planning to ensure we are suitably resourcedin all areas of the business.
