As a Technical Review Payment Senior Specialist at Con Edison, I have over twelve years of experience in the utilities industry, where I ensure the accuracy and compliance of payments for construction projects and services. I am responsible for supervising a team of 7 payment specialists. I have a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid and a training in Project Planning and Control, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to handle emergencies, access damage assessments and manage storm teams as a Unit Leader.I am also passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. I actively participate on the Leadership Teams in the Employee Resource Groups as the Co-Vice President of Cultural Awareness of Asian Professional Alliance at Con Edison (APACE), Co- Chair for CapeABLE ERG - Advocating, Belonging, Leading, Engaging, Co-Chair of BUILDing Blocks for BUILD ERG - Blacks United in Leadership and Development, Leadership Board Member for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer Plus Employees Including Allies ERG (LGBTQ+ ERG) and a Committee Member for Women in Construction.
