Responsible for multi site management of the full recruitment process (both high volume and specialist low volume) into the Stoke, Didsbury and Banbury contact centres (c750 FTE) in addition to UK wide (Scotland to London) Onsite Corporate Customer Service Adviser recruitment – c110 FTE. As a Lead Consultant, I was involved in key projects/change management projects for Vodafone including the re-design of all assessment and selection tools to align with Vodafone UK strategy.• Owner of the Client relationships for my regions (Stoke, Didsbury, Banbury)• Responsible for end to end recruitment (internal/external) of Advisers, Team Managers, Operations Managers, Customer Service/Sales Managers, Department Managers and Head of Site as well as support staff such as Coaches, Administrators, Schedulers, Outsource Operations Managers• Created and managed attraction plans/budget (including agency management)• Sourcing, screening and short listing of candidates• Design & delivery of assessment centres including role plays, group exercises, competency based interviews, presentations and delivery of psychometric assessments (Level A)• Offer management including creation of offer letters and candidate verification through to induction• Constant collaboration with HR concerning internal transfers, new hires, promotions• Supported the migration of Customer Services from Stoke to Warrington (400 FTE), providing re-deployment support and creation and delivery of bespoke assessment• Asked to assist with international recruitment for Mumbai and Egypt Outsource Operations
