Accounts Payable, Payroll (ADP Run/PayExpert, ADP ezLabor), prepare and distribute invoices, cash receipts, bank reconciliations general journal entries, month end procedures/financial statements(QuickBooks 2012), monthly excise tax report, forecasting, personal property return, prepare and file quarterly Worker’s Compensation reports, maintain fixed asset listing and W-9 binder, year-end processing of 1099/1096, create and maintain reports using MS Excel & MS Word, HR functions, assist the Practice Manager with projects, assist in HR duties as directed (benefit administration, census, garnishments, COBRA ,New Employee Packets, update policies/procedures) and general office duties.

Process monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax returns in numerous states.
