I am a Manager in Kaufman Rossin's Business Development department, where I'm responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring internal and external facing corporate sponsorships, events, conferences and meetings in support of the firm’s marketing strategies, objectives and goals.I've got over two decades of experience working in the marketing, administration and operations department of firms in various industries. At Kaufman Rossin, I've consulted with stakeholders to determine their goals, objectives and budget to develop both strategic and tactical plans for management approval; developed and managed event and program budgets that forecast for obstacles and opportunities. I'm great at establishing, monitoring and managing performance expectations for vendors and work groups. I'm responsible for making key decisions related to event and meeting design and content to meet company goals and objectives.I also serve as the firm’s main resource to other internal partners for meetings and events. I help build relationships with internal teams/team members to create a productive, collaborative work environment, works with other departments to identify potential customers, initiate outbound calls, prepare and send email blasts, and implement other sales tactics. I handle all details for my firm’s two signature events both of which have expanded to two new cities during her tenure. My experience also includes overseeing the disposition of accounts payable and for the Business Development department in the context of events, sponsorship and community relations, firm-hosted virtual events and webinars.
