• Responsible for the Central American portion of Key account that represents 80% of the travel retail business.

• Analyzed and modified forecast based statistical data and historic trends.
• Prepared for and participated in monthly Demand, Supply and Sales and Operations meetings to report forecast variances and accuracy as well as long term demand issues for division.
• Recorded, maintained and distributed minutes for Demand and Sales and Operations meetings and managed action items that resulted from these meetings to ensure completion.
• Worked with Master Scheduler to assist in the resolution of order promising situations, finished goods inventory levels, safety stock targets, customer delivery difficulties, and similar demand vs. supply conflicts.
• Reviewed stocking conditions at all Warehouses for division.
