• Responsible for executing marketing strategies to ensure growth throughout the city.• Responsible for overseeing an $18 million dollar budget and all the administrative and management functions of all Children Services Programs • Plan, forecast and monitor Budgets & financial expenditures, by negotiating agreements for funding of programs and ensuring that programs are managed accordance with the terms and conditions of such agreements and attending monthly operational review budget meetings.• Responsible for the operations, monitoring and assist with creation of budgets, expenditures and activities within the program. Also, ensuring the operations of the program's conformance to the quality system in accordance with client and agency• Provide leadership and management to all directors that manage Children Philadelphia Programs.• Maintaining effective working relationships with other federal agencies, provincial and municipal governments, and private associations including community organizations to ensure the Agency’s programs are coordinated with the programs offered by other agencies; analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of current programs. • Market and represent the agency as the division leader for the Philadelphia area.• Serve as liaison within the community, other service agencies, funding streams and schools and engage in activities that encourage growth and development of the programs.• Responsible for participation in meetings and or conference calls with multi-disciplinary team, community agencies, and schools. Develop and direct clinical monitoring plan and priorities. Determine and manage supplies required for conduct of clinical treatment. • Analyze and develop action plans to address protocol compliance, safety, data and administrative issues.

Recruited minority students, made decisions on student applications, traveled to a variety of states and high schools to make presentations.
