CurrentAs a Customer Services Consultant at Ash Brokerage, my day includes a variety of ways to administratively handle an insurance advisor's contracting, licensing and compensation with insurance carriers. - Answering call from advisors (our queue is open from 8am - 6pm EST) - Evaluate the need for each call, direct deposits, contracting, commissions or miscellaneous requests - Set the proper expectation for turnaround times - Reaching out to carriers when required - Working with our Case Mangers and Relationship Managers when necessary - Answering all emails within a 24-hour timeframeI’m proud to be a part of Ash Brokerage’s team of more than 300 people who make a difference for financial professionals and their clients each day.
