Main Duties:- running key projects according to the set budget, technical assumptions and schedule- building and implementing Agile culture within a company- building and managing teams focused on maximizing the business value of the projects- collecting project requirements in terms of functionality and business goals for Key Clients- supporting all company units in defining the technical aspects of the projects- building and implementing procedures to maximize operational efficiency- ongoing communication within a project team that allows effective support of Client's needs- - managing the team of project managers- cooperation within cross-functional teams consisting of Project Managers, Developers, Designers and Quality Assurance Specialists- projects risk management- ensuring projects completed in Happy Endians meet Clients' objectives and goals- running internal and external workshops with the company employees and Clients- budget efficiency withing projects and company Project Management unit
