• Offshoring: transitioned 5 onshore Studios’ activities to achieve operational and cost benefits (4 site closures and 1 re-structure, compulsory redundancies/re-deployment of 170 FTEs) with ramp up to 200+ FTEs in.
• Performance Incentive Scheme (productivity/quality): Cost neutral replacement of annual flexi payment of £600pp. Scheme contributed to - Increased Studio throughput by 6% and productivity by 14% in year 1- 16% Artist.
• Key stakeholder for development of in-house Postgres Performance Management Database System, implemented in 8 sites in UK, US & India with usage of over 1,000 employees. Responsibilities included requirements.

• Led the set-up of a Production Control department in the US to standardise procedures across two continents
