I'm an Optimistic and hardworking individual who is full of determination. Currently, I’m an undergraduate student studying Hospitality Business at the Singapore Institute of Technology.My first job was assisting my parents with their business, and it was there that I discovered my passion and interest in becoming an entrepreneur. My parents provide me with a limited amount of experience. After finishing my N-Level, I decided to learn more about the business sector, so I enrolled at ITE College Central to pursue a Nitec in Business Services. ITE's various modules have helped me gain a better understanding of the business sector over the course of two years. Not only that, but I also get to participate in a variety of activities such as Formula 1 and as a volunteer under organization.With a better understanding of the business sector, I decided to expose myself to more industries, and I chose Passengers Services in my Higher Nitec. In two years, I have not only learned about the aviation and travel industries, but I have also been exposed to many other skills and experiences, such as organizing events for the elderly at Lion Befrienders, establishing a small business as a group, and so on. I also have the opportunity to be an Exco Member of the Port and Starboard Club, where I organize and lead various events which allows me to hone my leadership and management skills.My work experience has allowed me to enhance and broaden my knowledge; I have worked in various industries such as food and beverage, retail, and tourism. With my experience in various industries, I've gotten to know and understand how each industry's operations work. It has also taught me how each workplace's politics operate and how they impact the environment and culture. McDonald's is one example. As it has provided me with numerous opportunities to hone my skills and discover abilities that I never imagined I possessed. The training they provide has given me a better understanding of how a restaurant operation works and how to keep it running smoothly. It has aided in the development of my interpersonal skills.As an optimist, I prefer to see things in a positive side and believe that every day is the start of a new day, I will forget the bad things that happened in the past and move on with my day. I will also give everything I have to get things done before the deadline. Not only that, but I enjoy taking on challenges to push myself because it keeps me growing and motivates me.
