I specialized in RevOps to support GTM operations through sales enablement strategies. I facilitated and organized Tembo's first customer case study, created due diligence reports for inbound deals, interviewed our venture investors to secure resources, worked with a 3rd party vendor to begin the process of creating a cloud partner marketplace account, took meetings with 3rd party vendors on behalf of Tembo, and managed a HubSpot SuperAdmin account to build 3 workflows, reviewed and corrected 6 workflows, created custom properties, and executed data hygiene strategies to correct 100+ records.

I assisted in the development of program strategy, scouted and acquired talent, identified and integrated a University of Cincinnati student hackathon organization into MidwestCon, developed the program structure and concept for their inclusion, and secured a $25k sponsorship deal for MidwestCon 2024.

I created, managed, and facilitated the entire process of deal flow from deal sourcing to startup investment. I also collaborated with multiple teams, from leadership to analysts, to execute program goals, conduct due diligence, and resource gathering. I attended local networking events to strategically acquire resources such as talent, investment deals, investors, fundraisers, sponsors, and industry experts to strengthen the value proposition of the firm.I consulted 15+ startups in business strategy, product development, and connected them to key talent, industry experts, investors, and mentors.

I managed and trained a team 3 of venture analysts to conduct business intelligence and market research in Pitchbook’s database on competitive landscape, expected revenues, and scout potential investors.

I interviewed, consulted, and executed strategic business intelligence plans for 9+ founders. I also built a financial modeling tool for enterprise valuation and funding size recommendation that allowed us to generate market and capital roadmap reports from 2 weeks to 2 hours.

VCIC is a global competition where students play the role of VCs who have around $125MM to invest in one of 3 presenting startups. We received 3 pitch decks 48 hours before the day of the competition and conducted extensive venture analysis and due diligence to select a startup for investment. Once our research was completed, we created a term sheet that contained our investment size, valuation, and analysis, to pitch to judges in a simulation of a VC partner meeting.We were the first team at UC to ever place. We achieved 2nd for the Midwest region against the University of Michigan, Case Western, Illinois Tech, Penn State, and the U.S. Air Force Academy.

I strategically guided the ambassador program to develop 10+ feasible, implementable marketing plans, utilizing the Center’s resources efficiently and effectively, while accelerating the professional development of 12 ambassadors, in support of the Center of Entrepreneurship, its events, and clubs it hosts.

I worked as an ambassador on behalf of the Center of Entrepreneurship to market its student organizations and events to UC students.

I assisted team members in daily data collection and generation of reports submitted to the executive team and other members of the company. I also created and hosted the "Growth Mindset Intern" workshop where 8 interns interviewed 5 members of executive leadership and high-level managers on their career experience and guidance. I also collaborated with members of senior management to resolve counter-party disputes and facilitated endorsement and completion of 60+ SWAP contracts within 3 months. I also lead a team of 4 interns in correcting a treasury data model in collaboration and guidance of the risk management department.

I assisted with the collection and translation of prescriptions into a database using sig codes, resolving insurance disputes, scheduling prescriptions to be filled by a 3rd party vendor, hand-filling prescriptions including controlled substances, managing patient pick-up, and catching life-threatening mistakes such as stock prescription bottles contaminated with another prescription. These situations ranged from the wrong medication being selected to be filled to a random pill in the wrong prescription bottle. On average, I filled 50+ prescriptions by hand and I helped customers save on average $5-10 dollars on their transactions through familiarity of different prescription resources such as GoodRx. I also helped reduce patient wait time on average to 10-15 minutes per patient.

I was a student STEM tutor with specializations in physics, chemistry, biology, algebra, trigonometry, and calculus. My goals revolved around helping students overcome their academic challenges and become more independent over time as they mastered the foundations of their subjects.My greatest achievements included helping a co-worker improve his academic performance from a B's and C's to straight A's through peer mentoring, helping a failing student pass his algebra class with a C+, and increasing the overall attendance and usage of academic support services of the tutoring center through delivery of quality "customer service" strategies.

I managed the POS system to close customer sale orders and promote Old Navy's credit card enrollments. I also ensured the sales floor was clean, tidy, and well-stocked to increase sales and the customer experience.As a rookie in credit card sales, I was top five in the store by the end of December and accrued 300+ sign-ups by the end of my employment.

I worked as a "volunteer" where I followed food safety and high-level customer service procedures to ensure customer groceries were bagged, delivered to their cars, and to the satisfaction of our customers, upholding the standards of the military commissary.I worked 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays where I maintained an average of $10 an hour in tips and 20,000+ steps a day.
