○ In my role as Senior Project Manager, I led the development and implementation of innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence in the ore dressing process. My work focused on automating and robotizing production operations, resulting in significant improvements in process efficiency.○ Achievements:- Development and successful implementation of an Advisor System to optimize the operation of the semi-self-grinding mill at the Talnakh Concentrator. The advisor, using fuzzy logic methods, stabilizes mill operation within specified power ranges and prevents mill overloading using machine learning. This has resulted in potential productivity gains and savings of tens of millions of dollars annually.- Testing of a prototype of the Flotation Optimization Advisor System at the Norilsk Concentrator. The Advisor is designed to improve the efficiency of flotation beneficiation and maximize "copper recovery" and "nickel recovery" using several optimization criteria. Analysis of the validation results showed the potential for millions of dollars of economic benefit annually.○ My role also included methodological work, including developing regulations to speed up and simplify innovation testing processes, analyzing factory business processes to identify potential areas for innovation, and partnering with manufacturing partners and factory management. My work also included managing staff and developing competencies in manufacturing to innovate for economic benefit.
