Leverage different types of media paths (broadcast, video program and article) to deliver message and engage users to our platform, then provide a interactive platform “face2x.com” (C2C mutual aid and Q&A) to combine users as a social group and generate paid content business scenario. 3) List achievement after I joining the project, data updated by 2016.06.01:- Broadcast: Ximalaya FM (contract anchor), Apple broadcast, Qingting FM, Kaola FM, and AnyRadio. More than 200,000 subscribers and 6,000,000 plays in total, data is No.1 in Ximalaya sub-channel, 10x headlines on home page.- Video: visit real companies, discuss related topics and show their business and workplace environment through Talkshow. e.g. Dada (Crowdsourcing logistic unicorn), Uber China, Thinktec- Article：WeChat community “Laowang Broadcast” has more than 20,000 subscribers, meanwhile launch on other major content platform, e.g. Toutiao.com, Yidianzixun, and Jiemian.com. Average 5000+ view per article. - face2x.com: from online day 20160229, more than 2200 registers and 200 deals in total.- 3-weeks interview with Uber China and released a series of special reports (8x audio, 6x article, 1x video), to show Uber culture, recruitment, and employee career stories, which is for Uber China 2016 recruitment program.- Paid audio training on Ximalaya FM, more than 5000 plays.- Co-work with hujiang.com and started a weekly live show in their CCtalk, all guests are invited from our users, to introduce guest’s job role and experience sharing, active users data was at the top of the whole CCtalk.4) Quit company due to my own personal reasons from July, 2016.

IBM China Development Lab - Technology Partnership (TP)1) IBM China established Technology Partnership (TP) division in Sep of 2014, which is aimed at launching “IBM Chinese Partner” strategy. TP brings IBM technology into local industry leading company and build up cooperative and win-win relationship, for expanding market sharing in china. 1+1+N tech eco-system is TP goal.2) I am in charge of IBM security solution TP program in PRC, involve CEC - Cyperspace Great Wall, AsiaInfo Security, Baosight, Insigma Group, Datcent and so on.3) Meanwhile, do proactive work for IBM Watson landing in china, develop New Journey Hospital Group, Beijing Fuwai Hospital, CEC Data, Hangzhou Ewell as potential partners. In Aug 2016, Hangzhou cognitive care, invested by Ewell, announced to sign Strategic Alliance Agreement with IBM and become the first formal service provider of Watson Health Solutions in China.

Win cases include China Union Pay (CUP ), Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB), Union Pay International, China Taiping Insurance Group, Shanghai Sanda University, Komatsu China, Sportmaster, AXIS China.- For CUP deal, it is a win-back case from competitor Microsoft, and also a major Domino(mail system) deal for IBM in recent 3 years in east china.- For SPDB deal, it is the 1st win case of IBM Docs in the whole GCG, and marked as reference case.3) 2015 1H, contribute to east china team 2x big special license deals over ¥4.5M. Win cases include Nanjing Bank, Huatai Securities, Bank of Jiangsu, Heng Yuan Xiang Group.
