• Lead and manage a team focusing on the Silver Generation Ambassador (SGA) programme including Recruitment, Recognition and Retention of SGAs. Conduct ongoing reviews of Volunteer Management Strategies and Framework.
• Conceptualise and execute volunteer engagement and recognition strategies, such as the SGA service/ exemplary / family awards, to build a positive volunteer service culture

• Monitored and review the recruitment cycle of SGAs
• Planned and executed the centralised recruitment of volunteers (eg. SGA/volunteers referral, Facebook, QSM etc.) to ensure a healthy ratio of staff to volunteers to seniors in order to achieve SGO’s goals and objectives
• Introduced SGA volunteering programme to public and private sectors to encourage volunteerism and also, as a CSR, with the aim of providing more avenues for volunteer recruitment
• Supported planning and execution various SGA rewards and recognition initiatives

• Consolidated feedback from 17 Satellite Offices, SGAs and volunteers to identify and analyse needs in the community
• Managed controlled assets, overseeing distribution, production, and inventory processes to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintained volunteer management policies and processes, and ensured compliance of policies by the Satellite Offices
• Organised and supported recruitment roadshows to increase brand awareness and community engagement
• Developed promotional materials and coordinated marketing efforts to boost event attendance and brand recognition.
• Fostered relationships with community partners to expand outreach and strengthen brand presence.

From 1 April 2018, Pioneer Generation Office (PGO) was renamed Silver Generation Office (SGO) and merged with Agency for Integrated Care.

• Supervised a team of SGAs to engage seniors through house visits and community events
• Recruit, train and retain SGAs and guide them to meet the stipulated performance standards
• Operationalise engagement strategies through various outreach modalities and ensuring optimal deployment of SGAs
• Responsible in coaching SGAs to identify needs of Seniors who require additional care and support through house visits
• Consolidated and evaluated feedback from seniors and partners to track fulfilment, and analysing the needs in the community
• Ensured adherence of stipulated performance standards, such as approval timelines, outreach targets and care & support outcomes
