Researched, designed, and implemented a configurable session replay platform solution, creating a self-serve experimentation platform enabling asynchronous user insight analysis experiments. Led efforts to identify and improve platform user experience across 7 business teams (spanning from TikTok Shop Seller’s Growth, to eCommerce internal ops platform iterations), with >= 20 business experiments launched.• Frontend lead of the TikTok eCommerce Diagnosis Platform, reducing development time of diagnosis features by creating a diagnosis low-code platform from 0 to 1 that can be reused across various >=5 targets and >=4 eCommerce customer-facing platforms, allowing data, developer, and test stakeholders to implement Diagnosis requirements easily in a UI Diagnosis Platform, bringing development time down to 1 week from 1 month per feature, resulting in >= $3XX,000 yearly cost savings in development effort.• Vertical technical owner of TikTok Shop’s Seller App Data Analytics (supporting traffic of 6 digits DAU). Strategic development of video diagnosis features, achieving an increase of XX% of profitable eCommerce videos being posted. Ensured quality and stability of the platform across major events (such as sales events from 11.11 to BFCM).
