Be responsible for outsourcing contractor (40%) headhunting (30%), RPO (30%) & recruitment; mainly cover Manufacturing /Industrial/Healthcare /FMCG/ Industry.

1.  Completing the company overall recruitment tasks, maintaining and expand local recruitment resources and channels. Posting recruitment needs, and collecting daily resume;2  Screening interviewer applicants, in telephone and face-to-face interviews, arranging former test, assessing candidates and giving comprehensive evaluation opinions and treatment communication;3   Executing new employee orientation training and classification training;4  Assisting with enterprise culture construction;5  Dealing with the staff recruitment, induction, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures, managing human resources related documents and files;6  Assisting with the staff appraisal work, calculating salary and declaring the annual total wages, dealing with the corresponding social insurance, etc.;7  Other HR modules work.

I got an intern job when I was in the fourth year of university. My intern in Activity Department of Youth Times responsible for recruiting youth journalists and conducting various activities for them. Responsibilities include: -Having presentations in school about recruiting youth journalists and giving lectures about writing.-Project positioning and creative planning,-Conducting with cooperative enterprises and completing event planning,-Releasing activity information on BBS,-Guiding youth journalists participate into activities,-Dealing with emergency flexibly-Recording activity procedures in detail and writing the press release at last.-Writing press release for weekly Overseas Study section.This position have to work with a range of sponsors, schools, teachers,students and parents, which largely enhanced my social and organize ability, also writing ability.
