This Fellowship Program aims at supporting and mentoring competent and capable new generation civil society leaders to establish innovative CSOs. the fellowship provides rigorous, comprehensive, and hands-on monthly training and work placements at local civil society organizations.

I was the founder member of the Justice Club. The Club aims to improve students' skills and raise public legal awareness.It's a club that allows students to give back to their community while also honing their own abilities.

As part of the emerging Civil society leaders fellowship, i am placed at LHR, A local civil society organizations.

We provide legal aid to refugees at the UNHCR Legal Aid Center at Addis Ababa University.

During my time at IE Network Solution, I had the opportunity to work in a professional setting that offered a unique working culture. As an intern, we gained valuable experience in various areas through researching on topics like Capital market, software law, and branching out to international markets. Additionally, the internship provided mentorship, and courses on procurement and inkoterms, allowing me to enhance my knowledge in these areas. I also had the chance to review important documents such as NDA, PFA, PA, and JV. Furthermore, we took online courses on intellectual property, Capital market, and AFCATA as part of the internship.

I participated in the Alfred Deakin International Commercial Arbitration (ICA) Moot court 2023 representing Addis Ababa University as part of Team 2. I participated in the oral rounds as well.

As an intern at ZEE Law, I have been assigned various responsibilities related to legal work. These responsibilities include preparing case summaries and briefs, filing legal documents, and translating legal documents from one language to another.

As the team coordinator, I was responsible for the administration of the whole team, such as- Application,- Accommodation,- Visa issues, and- Communication with the organizers. Additionally, as a member of the team participating in the 2023 Nuremberg moot court competition, I participated in- The legal research on international criminal law and- The writing of memoranda for the office of the prosecutor and for the defense.

Organizing and leading various events, workshops, and initiatives to foster a vibrant and inclusive community within the school.4. The Hult Prize is an annual international competition that challenges university students to develop innovative solutions to global social issues.As a team coordinator my Main responsibilities include - Actively promoting the Hult Prize competition on campus and encouraging students to form teams. - Facilitating the formation of diverse and well-balanced teams by connecting interested students and helping them find teammates with complementary skills.- Providing guidance and support to the teams throughout the competition process.

My primary duty entailed the drafting of contractual documents for the recording company and the review of numerous legal agreements. I was responsible for the drafting of various recording contracts and split sheets.
