Sr. Hris Manager
Post Implementation - I reconfigured the Advanced Compensation module to successfully launch our 2022 bonus process out to managers (including developing training content that I turned into a Learning course in Workday and pushed out to managers to complete). Later, I configured/launched a separate merit process for annual increases, a separate promotion process for annual promotions, and a separate stock process for annual refresh grants. All processes required a custom BIRT statement that I developed and released as well. I also address issues and change request tickets/projects from the company and managed the implementation of Kognitiv's Rooster application, the integration with HireRight, and the implementation of Adaptive. And in my last couple of months, I lead the implementation of the Benefits module. I created custom reports, managed security requests, and configured, tested, and documented changes that I make to our Workday system.Pre-Implementation (550+ global employees) - I took over the IMPL project from start to finish from the end of August 2022 to going live mid-January of 2023 with a 5 month launch method implementation. I wore many hats to orchestrate the implementation of Workday for 8 workstreams (Core HCM, Advanced Comp, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting, Performance/Talent, and Integrations) acting as an internal PM, technical expert, internal trainer, tester, note taker, and rep of the company. I created communication content, hosted internal discovery calls, filled out all workbooks, and conducted the majority of the testing for the entire project.
Senior Workday Hris Analyst
In this role, I supported the team post production to get to the point of stabilization with Workday.I assisted different teams with large projects to help take them over the finish line. When a configuration change was needed, I found a solution, configured and tested, documented changes, collected approvals, and migrated to Production.
