I’ve worked on a lot of projects that I’m proud of, but here are some of my favorites:• Created and facilitated a half-day workshop that was delivered over the course of 32 sessions to 451 team members and continues to be required for all new hires. Trained a team of co-facilitators to assist with content delivery. 83% of the respondents shared on survey feedback that they had learned something new in the workshop, and 97% stated that they believed the workshop would positively impact our company’s culture. • Designed and continues to manage our organization-wide mentoring program. We currently have 95+ registered users, with an average satisfaction score of 3.9 out o 4.0 stars. • Wrote the script, spoke on camera, and edited a video that was designed for a major financial institution. • Designed and facilitated a full-day workshop that was purchased by several partner financial institutions. The training was delivered in Michigan, New York, Utah, and Ohio and reached 50+ employees.
