-Partnered with Title IX Office to ensure compliance with federal laws including outreach, and training.-Planned events like Women’s History Month and Women’s Leadership Summit, for students of all genders to learn more about resources at UT Austin & histories of women leaders on and off campus.-Worked with Voices Against Violence to plan and implement programming around sexual assault, stalking, and relationship violence prevention.-Managed the center’s budget for operations, salaries, wages, programming, education, etc.-Created a campus-wide social media campaign about Women’s History Month for social media and display.-Advised student orgs, and supported staff through the implementation of new policies and laws around “DEI.”-Instructor: WGSS 301: Queer, Trans and Feminist Memoirs: The Art of Self Representation

-Wrote & implemented policy changes to make the campus more inclusive for women & LGBTQIA+ students. -Created GSC Crisis Fund, oversaw budget & fundraising, raising over $25,000 for the fund in the first 2 years.-Led advising & walk-in meetings with students, faculty, staff & community members (around 950 a year)-Oversaw the center’s assessment & strategic planning, co-chairing a division-wide strategic plan committee.-Secured funding & started the center’s first peer mentorship program, The GSC GEMS-Organized center response to COVID-19 including national pen pal programs, creation of discord community, zoom programming, resource pickups, and streaming events like Lavender Graduation & weekly Feminist Friday.-Supervised Assistant Director, Program Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Graduate Assistants, & Interns-Instructor: WGS335, TD357, or SW360K, Facilitating Dialogues on LGBTQIA+ Oppression: Peers for Pride in Action

-Expanded the Gender Inclusive Bathroom list from 70 to 153, and worked with a campus coalition of facilities, students, and Disability & Access to make this happen.-Expanded weekly programming to add free HIV testing, student support groups, and academic support programs, as well as research support & weekly “Feminist Friday” discussion groups.-Led “Bevocal” Bystander Intervention Training on Campus & added new partners to the team.-Oversaw outreach and orientation initiatives, reaching hundreds of new students.-Advised student groups, both affiliate groups and other groups looking to expand membership.-Hired, trained, and supervised Graduate Assistants, student staff, and interns

-Started the GSC Internship Program, bi-weekly events like “Knowledge and Noms” and expanded yearly events like “National Young Women’s Day of Action” and “Lavender Graduation” rate of grads up over 100%.-Created new social media campaigns and accounts for the center, including Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook, etc.-Added over 200 books to the center’s Ana Sisnett Library, including new sections on poetry, graphic novels, and disability, implemented a new library patron system, hosted the annual “Library Day event, created a “Library Committee” where students were able to give input, creating a wish list, and a donor database-Created our signature event “Gender Inclusive Clothing Swap” reaching ~500 students and giving hundreds of pounds of clothing, school supplies, and housewares to students for free twice a year
