At Uptick, I serve as a dynamic force in project management and client relations, overseeing a portfolio of 40+ accounts. On a day-to-day basis, I engage in a range of responsibilities:•Overseeing the production process, I provide creative direction and input, send production items to clients for approval, conduct timely follow-ups on approvals, and manage any edit requests that may arise.•Creating detailed weekly analytics reports, providing clients with comprehensive insights into each project's performance.•Initiating support tickets for production tasks based on client requests, I diligently follow through to guarantee tasks stay on schedule.•Reconciling services billed with services provided for 40+ accounts. This includes effective communication with internal staff to align client budgets and billing with the services rendered.•Collecting assets when a new client onboards and delivering them each respective team member•Monitoring and reconciling budgets for weekly advertising

I manage data analysis by entering information into a proprietary database, YouConnect, to ensure all orders are documented in the system and information is updated as needed. I process orders and act as a liaison between the internal team members and Fortune 500 banks including Wells Fargo, BB&T, and Regions.

I recruited and confirmed sponsorships for the JDRF One Walk, as well as JDRF Gala. I introduced Executive Director to HubSpot application and assisted her in implementing it. I worked with and recruited multiple vendors for all of our events. I am also a part of event planning team, assisting in the planning of JDRF Gala & JDRF One Walk.

During this internship I managed and controlled @jdrfalabama Instagram account. I have improved accounts reached by 180% and received an increase in participation from social media platforms by 40%. I designed graphics, through CANVA and Adobe Creative Suites, for social media posts and email campaigns impacting 5,000+ individuals across the state.
