I have been part of Hampshire County Councils Adult Health and Care Team since January 2007. My roles have been varied, Receptionist, Team Assistant, Provision Support Officer, and PA to several Service Managers along with managing administration teams. Current role: Business Support Officer to the HCC Discharge Team based at University Hospital Southampton, PA to the HCC UHS Service Manager and SW Hospitals Assistant Service Manager and support to the SW SPOA (Single Point of access) Team. My role involved PA support, minute taking, data collection, system interrogation, liaising and working with our health colleagues, promoting change, advising team members of correct processes, trouble shooting, reporting to Area Directors on discharge delays and reasons behind the delays, maintaining spreadsheets and SharePoint lists, producing visualisations using Power BI, Power Query & Power point along with supporting our ‘in house’ D2A facility MDT’s. Currently I am in the process of completing a L3 Data Technician Apprenticeship.
