This position is also responsible for developing and executing process improvements, reporting and quality monitoring of processes, vendor relationships, and trading partner exchanges.This position is for a team supervisor for Business Systems Support. This is a consultant-level position requiring someone with proven experience in leadership for projects and teams. This position is also responsible for development of business processes. This team is responsible for many configuration updates associated with providers and pricing. This position functions with minimal oversight and direction and is a part of the Business Systems Support management team.

I analyze, recommend, and document processes and workflows. I represent Core while working with multiple stakeholder groups in the areas of patient registration, encounters, facilities, organizations, bed locations, HDD aliasing, order sets, MRNs, provisioning, and more to be determined. I am also responsible for documentation of information related to Core areas of responsibility. The analyst will help receive and resolve requests for iCentra changes and will provide exceptional customer service. We help design policies and procedures, and monitor adherence to these polices.
