Lead project management, partnership development, and capacity strengthening activities on a USAID-funded project focused on strengthening knowledge management to improve health systems and outcomes.Within this role, develops activities and leads implementation of annual workplans, in compliance with US-government regulations, and in partnership with organizations/programs, including those based in East Africa. In addition, supervises and mentors staff in program management, decision-making, communication, and relationship management.

On USAID's Knowledge SUCCESS Project, lead the project portfolio for Population, Health, Development, and Environment (PED/PHE) activities, including the development of People-Planet Connection. Advise on the project's High Impact Practices in Family Planning activities. Produce multimedia content on key topic areas related to family planning/reproductive health in the form of animated videos and Ceros interactive experiences. Produce the project's "Inside the FP Story" podcast episodes through mixing and editing of interview content and music. In addition, contributes to the content creation on CCP's role of The Challenge Initiative through graphical products that showcase the regional family planning and health-focused technical approaches being used in each of accelerator hubs. Provides knowledge management support to CCP's Post Pregnancy Family Planning Project in Nigeria. Co-leads CCP's Employee Engagement group.During the Knowledge for Health (K4Health) Project, produced animated videos on key topic areas and project success stories. Managed the project management activities and supported the knowledge exchange and collaboration activities of the Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV/AIDS’ partnership with K4Health. Supported the storytelling initiative, Family Planning Voices, in managing the posting schedule, website, and multimedia content. Managed K4Health’s role as Secretariat for USAID’s Postabortion Care Connection working group in bringing together global postabortion care and postabortion family planning stakeholders on a biannual basis. Led K4Health’s role on Family Planning High Impact Practices’ website and online presence.
