1. Oversees the smooth functioning of all the activities related to the receipt, warehousing, Customer service, Traffic, issuance and inventory data accuracy of production materials and critical processing aids. 2. Directs and coordinates activities with import and export agencies to ensure compliance with Federal and Local laws at all times. 3. Assures that all Traffic, warehousing and Inventory data activities are in compliance with Corporate standards as well as federal and local regulations such as cGMP, GLP, OSHA, EEOC, DEA, DEP among others.4. Establishes and maintains a traffic guide and enforces the use of it. Monitors traffic data related to costs and participates in the transportation Council to assist in the evaluation of existing or new carriers. Develops and establishes performance measures for carriers. 5. Identifies and implement cost reduction opportunities. Recommends strategies to reduce materials handling and transportation costs or maximize performance in these areas while obtaining cost avoidances.6. Working with Site Head to prepare and monitor budgets, prepare departmental policies and procedures.

1. Identifies, develops and implement changes to existing production processes in order to improve unit cost, yields, cycle time, capacity, machine/labor utilization and/or to resolve specific processes issues.2. Generate protocols to perform studies at the manufacturing area.3. Interact with suppliers and vendors to acquire new supplies.4. Perform risk assessment to implement new process.5. Monitor the revision of the procedures of the business unit to ensure the compliance with the different regulation changes.6. Participate as a manufacturing representative in the internal audits.7. Assure that Manufacturing commitments are fully implemented and closed on a timely manner and that the implementation is verified by a quality person.8. Discuss events with Manufacturing Investigation Area to avoid reoccurrence.9. Revise and approve the Standard Operational Procedures in accordance with Company’s Policies, Conformance Standards and regulations (Code of Federal Regulations) for the optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.10.Generate, monitor and close manufacturing change controls required.11. Supervise production batch record personnel12. Responsible of deliver all batch records without documentation errors. Monitor and report batch records errors to establish controls to reduce documentation errors. Perform assessments to improve manufacturing documentation. Revision of Master Batch Records.
