About Liz Beuschel M.Ed

Liz received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Obtaining a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Performance with a specialization in Change Management led her to pursue a career in Organizational Development. Currently, Liz is a Senior Management Consultant and acts as the primary project lead for the implementation of Leading Work Solutions in multiple businesses and organizations in the Southeast. Her work surrounding the analysis of employee work functions and workspace utilization has resulted in both real-estate savings and a more flexible workforce. Liz’s drive to understand the unique aspects of each organization have resulted in tailored solutions that keep both the overall organizational goals and the employee in mind. Prior to her time at Baskin Strategies, Liz spent four years with the Tennessee State Government at the Department of Commerce and Insurance. As the Performance Development Coordinator, she worked on revamping departmental performance plans with an emphasis on metric driven goals and output in order to improve overall performance. Her passion for workplace transformation grew when she took on the role as the Director of Strategy and Operations for the Department. Her primary role included leading the department-wide Alternative Workplace Solutions (AWS) project which touched over 600 employees. Her diligent work was responsible for the consolidation of four (4) floors of office space and over a 75% employee participation rate in AWS. The 83,500 square foot reduction in downtown office space led the Department to realize a savings of over 1.49 million dollars in rent annually. Her role in the success of the AWS program for the State of Tennessee led her to pursue a career as a Senior Management Consultant to implement Leading Workplace Solutions that transform organizations for the long term both culturally and physically.
