I devote my time and energy to building strong relationships with my students to understand what is meaningful to them. From helping students write resumes and cover letters, to helping them study for exams such as the TOEIC, to helping them communicate in their jobs, I have confidently taught students individually and facilitated groups. I thoroughly plan and organize fun lessons and group sessions using a variety of resources and materials to create an inspiring learning experience. I am experienced with working with diverse clients due to living abroad, managing a variety of projects and employees, and teaching clients from various countries and ability levels. I am an adaptable, flexible teacher and leader who can adjust teaching and communication style to various clients as needed. -I have helped Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war find housing in Bologna, Italy. With my graduate school colleagues, I have helped to establish an organization called Alumni Aid for Ukraine, partnering with airbnb to set up a transition house for refugees to live in while they find long-term housing. The organization has housed 30 people so far.
