Responsible for controlling an annual budget of $6M Operating, and multiple Capital budgets that vary in size from $1-7M. This role has grown from a basic office administration position, to a facility specialist role. I have a team of employees on the facilities team that look to me for guidance in daily tasks. I help them find simple solutions to all problems, while keeping costs within our budget. This role has a huge emphasis on space consolidation and project management. Recent projects involved the closure of one location, and the relocation of 120 employees to another location. Preparation for this relocation involved 500+ internal moves within a 2 month window. All aspects of the move including project management, construction management, coordination of technical resources, and planning were included with this project. Daily tasks also include organization of services, financial programs, and fleet management.
