Responsible for remotely team leading a group managing the security compliance position of a shared services infrastructure team. Established robust management system to track and report on all compliance metrics and improve the overall BAU compliance position while ensuring adherence to all security standards. Managed a number of compliance projects through to completion and ensured that the team delivered on key project milestones.

Team lead a group of 30 service delivery managers geographically dispersed with anoverall responsibility for approximately 3000 servers across multiple operating systems supporting the IBM Internal Account. Daily interaction across various UK, European and Worldwide delivery centres required to ensure adherence to all SLAs/KPIs. Acted as the SM focal point for all audits - internal and external and also as the escalation point for all service issues. Established effective relationships with key stakeholders including account executives and customers to provide, sustain and enhance the service.

Facilitated all HR meetings including succession planning, promotion boards, skills development, year end review meetings including performance & ranking and any additional ad-hoc HR requirements. Provided Executive Assistance to this group including preparing reports, customer presentations and hosting visitors as required.
