Working across the organization, I foster powerful teamwork which, in turn, has earned me peer respect for my ability to initiate, drive, and complete projects on time and within budget.A career highlight and example of this is when I was selected by Rust-Oleum Corporation's executive leadership team to lead the organization through its first partnership with a sister company and establish a new business platform. The result was the highly successful Rust-Oleum Roofing program currently available around the country. I defined the $500M opportunity as well as the marketing, R&D, commercialization, and training strategies. I also identified sales and distribution opportunities beyond the original project scope. In recognition of my efforts, I was awarded the company’s first ever Rust-Oleum Marketing True Grit Award "For demonstrating perseverance and passion in achieving our goals in spite of all obstacles".Today, I apply my corporate experience and partner with clients to help them love where they live while building wealth through the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate in Virginia, Maryland and New Jersey. I am an active supporter of affordable housing initiatives and of universal design and accessibility in housing for everyone.
