With more than a decade of working with data and the insight it imparts, I am deeply intrigued by analytic and AI technologies that improve consumer experiences. I come with a background in counter-fraud and anti-financial crimes. At FICO® I have found ample opportunity to help our customers fight financial fraud and am proud of the results, which include a 72% reduction in payment card fraud since FICO introduced our flagship payments fraud platform, Falcon.Since Falcon’s inception, FICO continuously evolved its analytic technology core to embrace new innovations in machine learning and AI. Falcon’s card fraud analytic offering has been strategically expanded into a portfolio of products that fight a wide range of fraud including: • Enterprise payments: Real-time omnichannel transaction fraud detection.• Financial crimes: Full suite of capabilities to fight money laundering.• Account takeover: Prevent the takeover of existing accounts via identity theft and social engineering.• New account fraud: Perform identity proofing and stop fraud in real-time at point of origination.• Mass compromises: Detect points of mass card compromise with a consortium.• Internal fraud: Build the framework to detect employee fraud, waste, and abuse. • Organized crime: Proactively uncovers fraud rings throughout the customer lifecycle. In addition to consulting with FICO’s clients worldwide, I represent our company at numerous client-related speaking engagements and in the media. When not fighting vice from my home base of Miami, I enjoy serving as a coach and mentor to others at FICO.
