Manager Of People Operations
Current• Implement human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, semi-annual performance reviews, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations. • Ensure all people operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. • Improve people operations management systems, processes, and best practices. • Oversee all recruiting efforts and the orientation/onboarding process. • Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solution, and coaching and counseling managers and employees. • Complete special projects, including company-wide rocks, by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions.• Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel, prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures, and reevaluate policies for cost-effectiveness. • Act as primary point-of-contact for employees and contractors on all HR matters. • Manage issues of an escalated and/or sensitive level and work collaboratively with the C-Suite team.
