Hey there, let me introduce myself! I am a digital media marketer with experience on all platforms including the latest craze, TikTok. I have a passion and knowledge for graphic design, branding, sales, and multiple forms of digital media including email marketing! My coworkers would describe me as detail oriented, punctual, hardworking, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Directly out of college, I began working as a Digital Media and Operations Associate at a coworking community in Cleveland, Oh. This fast paced and demanding position has allowed me to grow as a professional. By creating creative content, I was able to increase engagement on our email newsletter campaigns, social media sites and our blog site. Starting a job at the beginning of a global pandemic has proven to be challenging but nothing I couldn't overcome through hard work and dedication. By thinking quickly and reconfiguring our messaging during the pandemic, our remote team was able to keep a client retention rate of 89.79%. We not only retained our members but were able to increase our space occupancy by 30.1% via targeted marketing campaigns. Our space is now home to several different business and over 150 members. Currently, I am a marketing coordinator at Great Day Improvements where I assist in several areas including media planning for over 65 locations around the country. I am responsible for several tasks including overseeing 60+ Home Advisor and making recommendations based on the data to drive leads to those accounts. I also update weekly capacity sheets and provide notes to appropriate parties to drive leads. Other tasks include coding card charges for accounting, making sure invoices are properly coded for account and anywhere else that I can help. Prior to starting my career, I graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in December of 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. I was extremely involved in my time as a student. I was an executive member for BW's PRSSA chapter, served as PR and Marketing chair for my sorority for 2 years, was an active member in the academic society, Gamma Sigma Alpha, and participated in cheer and marching band. Balancing all of these activities with my academic career, really taught me how to manage time, be organized and manage my time well. When I am not at work, I enjoy being with a family, friends and my pets. I enjoy off road riding, horseback riding, hiking, fishing and swimming.
