- Leading the UK & EMEA regional Wellbeing Champions to create a wide range of relevant activities to promote employee Wellbeing whilst working with the Global Wellbeing team to support the launch and delivery of the Xero Wellbeing Strategy.- Working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to engage and inspire our team to focus on their Wellbeing. - Supported employees with their Wellbeing needs during the pandemic with initiatives such as leadership coaching, wellbeing workshops, daily activities to promote social connection and regular wellbeing education sessions. During the pandemic, wellbeing engagement levels remained high at 7.9/10.- Using data to analyse trends and metrics gaining insights into employee engagement and using these results to drive initiatives that increase engagement levels.- Designed and delivered a team engagement plans which to improve employee engagement - Managing the UK benefits programme for Xero employees and working in partnerships with Employee Assistance Programme and benefits providers to ensure the best service is provided to employees, supporting their wellbeing needs. Redesigned and relaunched the benefits platform, and delivered an employee benefits roadshow during May 2022 resulting in an average increase of visits to the new benefits platform of 24% and engagement of 58%.- Supporting initiatives raising awareness to the importance of Diversity and Inclusion.- Organise and deliver People Leadership Forum meetings to support People Leaders in developing skills and knowledge. - Planning and delivering workshops on topics to improve wellbeing and organisational culture

Successfully completed a 3 month secondment as People Experience Manager during a recruitment gap. This involved leading a small team of 3 and contributing towards a 6% increase in employee engagement.
