Redesigned and relaunched the benefits platform, and delivered an employee benefits roadshow during May 2022 resulting in an average increase of visits to the new benefits platform of 24% and engagement of 58%.- Supporting initiatives raising awareness to the importance of Diversity and Inclusion.- Organise and deliver People Leadership Forum meetings to support People Leaders in developing skills and knowledge. - Planning and delivering workshops on topics to improve wellbeing and organisational culture
