Responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the Rental & Production Warehouse. Leading a team of motivated technicians to pull & tech theatrical lighting equipment, pack trucks of various sizes for deliveries, prepare customer rentals for pickups, and repair broken equipment as needed. Responsible for the proper care, installation, operation, and pack of technical equipment, hard staging goods, and soft staging goods. While not on jobs, created and implemented a maintenance schedule for the technical equipment that included: testing, cleaning, COVID sanitization, software updates, and necessary repairs. Created and maintained a spreadsheet inventory guide for all technical equipment. Was the site technical lead on many live events. Responsible for proper loading, unloading, and pack of a 26' box truck. Was primary driver of 26' truck. Lead team members, as well as local Union Hands, on all gig sites.

Touring

Audio Engineer for the national tour of Cirque Dreams Holidaze. Was responsible for the maintenance of touring equipment, run of show, setup, and break down of audio equipment. Led a group of local union stagehands in each venue. Also responsible for truck pack and unpack at each venue.
