1. Mainly be responsible for Maersk Chengdu’s recruitment work. Manage and execute all facets of recruiting life cycle including candidate sourcing, presentation, selection, offer, negotiation and closing.2. Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies by developing and maintaining a network of quality contacts and referrals.3. Keep good communication with HREPs and Hiring Managers.4. Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all labor categories and positions within the Company, and the skills, knowledge and abilities required for those positions.5.
