I am a strategic business leader with 10 years of experience developing strategy across diverse global markets and sectors. My current role requires combining complex problem solving, analytical reasoning and strategic leadership to address a disrupted and quickly evolving hospitality market.Leading the strategic planning work for Compass Group Australia, I work across all aspects of the business and leadership team including: procurement, labour management, sector operations, business development, digital, culinary and sustainability. The hospitality, food service and facility management industries have been disrupted through Covid and are going through significant and nuanced changes across different sectors. Our challenge is to identify and prioritise market opportunities, match or build our capability and deliver a tailored, future focused value proposition. My view is that this work will add on the existing strong foundations Compass Group Australia have, accelerate the business in key markets and ensure we are investing in a sustainable, responsible future.
