My responsibilities included delivering the KS3 and KS4 curriculum in French as well as the KS3 curriculum in Spanish. I also went out to some of the feeder Primary schools to teach KS2 French. I was a form tutor for the duration of my employment and dealt with the day to day pastoral needs of my tutees, making referrals whenever the needs went above the scope of the form tutor. I attended all training and refresher courses to ensure I kept up to date with all of the School's policies, I also sat a course in Building Learning Power in order to broaden my skills and understanding of how we learn.

My responsibilities at Matalan were varied, throughout my employment I worked within all of the departments on the shop floor merchandising new stock and maintaining stock levels. I was not only trained as cashier but also on the Customer Services desk and as Head Cashier, so I was able to manage refunds and any issues arising from transactions. I processed deliveries to the store, liaising with the delivery drivers to ensure the paper work was in order.
