I'm Lizzy (she/her)! I work with a range of industry-leading clients to ensure that they are set up to succeed in a data driven future, by equipping their teams with the skills and mindset to succeed. I love thinking strategically - how do our wonderful range of programmes work for you and your teams? Do you need to be better equipped to talk to clients about cyber security? Do you need to automate manual processes and save time and money? Or do you need to know more about data to work with specialists in your organisation? I'm sure that we can help! I'm passionate about learning and education, both through my day job for Decoded, and as a volunteer for Girlguiding where I plan and lead formal training for adults, and run activity sessions in a non-formal education setting for young people. I'm a former Civil servant with 9 years experience in primarily policy roles. I have enjoyed the challenges of leading diverse teams. I have a "find a way or make a way" approach to my work, willing to pitch in. I am a keen problem-solver. I enjoy working with clients to help them realise their strategic objectives, focusing on long-term aims and objectives through achieving short term goals. I love languages. I am able to continue to build my French, Spanish and occasionally Catalan skills through ongoing volunteer interpreting on behalf of the World Organisation for the Scout Movement. I have a keen interest in Linguistics, notably Language Acquisition.
