Current• Successfully helmed national projects such as the Singapore Science & Engineering Fair (SSEF) and National STEM Talent Search (NSTS) by managing stakeholders from both government and private organizations to promote STEM education, extending its reach to an estimated number of 3000 participants and impacting more than 50 schools across the nation• Lead various cross-departmental teams for UNTAME Schools Programme which consists of a team of informal science educators who curated activities for Upper Primary to Secondary school students as part of their post-exam program and the STAR Lecture team who worked on producing an informal lecture to promote fun in STEM Education; both programs extended its reach to over 2000 students and teachers • Co-organised STEM Playground challenge, a competition in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and James Dyson Foundation, offering an engaging way to stimulate creativity and discover the fascinating ways in which engineering can manipulate and enhance our perception of the world around us• Kickstarted an initiative to enhance vendor evaluation by gathering feedback from staff through a comprehensive and structured evaluation matrix, providing valuable insights into their performance, reliability, and compatibility with event needs
