I also partnered with our internal development team to help test and release new products. Additionally, I insured smooth integrations with our talent platform by working with the technical experts at third party vendors.

Program manager that helped establish operational consistency with this “boutique” investment bank during its rapid expansion from 350 employees to 1,500 and through three mergers. Partnered with senior management team and developed complex analytical tools to clarify business objectives and implement corporate restructuring scenarios. Championed the change management process to transition the company from an entrepreneurial environment to a unified structure by integrating separate departmental functions and establishing uniform operating procedures while leveraging technology. Sponsored and managed $6MM restructure for Finance, Operations, HR, and Payroll on a Multi-Country, Multi-Currency Platform using Oracle 11i products. Ultimately was selected by the parent company to lead the management effort for subsidiary closing, which encompassed completing a Peoplesoft integration along with the data migration/warehousing of all company records.
