As Project Manager, I lead the team to finish many new projects with the full SDLC, started from the user requirement gathering, business logic analyzing, functional spec finalization, the system architecture designing, SIT and UAT, implementation, project supporting and enhancement as below:1. MS CRM for SPH which was for intelligent selecting the recipients for EDM in marketing module of the MS CRM
