I manage the lease administration for a portfolio of over 132 active leases, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. I also oversee the strategic planning and site selection process for new and existing clients, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met. Additionally, I monitor and control the budget and timeline of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
